Packed by hand, delivered worldwide
Every piece leaves the studio in a lined box, wrapped by the person who made it, and insured for its full value in transit. Everything below the line is an estimate until we confirm it with you.
Delivery windows
Each product page carries a live delivery estimate: choose your destination and it shows the available methods, their price, and the working-day window for that zone. Made-to-order pieces add their stated studio time before the carrier window begins.
All windows are estimates in working days, not promises. Glass is packed carefully, never quickly.
Where we ship
We deliver worldwide, from Baku courier delivery to international shipping. If your country is not listed in the estimator, write to us on WhatsApp and we will quote carriage by hand before anything is charged.
Payment and currency
No payment is taken on the site. After you place an order we send the payment details (bank transfer within Azerbaijan, confirmed over WhatsApp everywhere else) and your pieces enter production once the payment arrives.
Prices are held in US dollars; other currencies are shown as estimates at the studio rate. Shipping and a regional tax estimate are itemised at checkout.
Tracking
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the order moves to Shipped in your account. Someone must be present to sign; nothing is left on a doorstep.
Returns
Unused pieces in their original box can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Write to us first so we can issue a return reference.
Refunds are made to the account the payment came from, normally within five working days of the piece arriving back.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
A piece made to your request cannot be resold, so it is not covered by the fourteen-day window. That never applies to faults: if a piece arrives damaged or does not match what we agreed, we replace it.
Every parcel is insured. If a piece arrives broken, photograph the box and the piece within seventy-two hours and send us the images.
