We keep as little as the work allows
Glasstro stores what it needs to make a piece, deliver it, and answer you about it afterwards. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.
What we store
Account details: your name, email, and a hashed password. Order details: the delivery address, phone number, and the pieces ordered, kept as a snapshot so the record stays accurate. Your display currency lives in a cookie on your device.
Payment
Payments are settled by bank or card transfer outside this site. We never collect or store card details here.
Measurement
We count product views, orders, and custom-order clicks to understand what resonates. These counts are tied to an anonymous session identifier, never to your name, and never passed to a third party.
Your control
You can correct your name, email, and saved addresses at any time from your account. Ask us to close your account and we archive it: personal details are removed, while the financial record of past orders is retained where the law requires it.
