The agreement, in plain language
These terms apply to every order placed with Glasstro. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
Orders and payment
Placing an order reserves your pieces and gives you an order number. We then send the payment details (bank transfer within Azerbaijan, agreed over WhatsApp elsewhere) and production begins once the payment arrives.
If an order goes unpaid for a long stretch we may cancel it after checking in with you; nothing is charged automatically, ever.
Prices and currency
Prices are held in US dollars and that is the amount due. Other currencies are shown as converted estimates at the studio rate. Shipping and a regional tax estimate are itemised at checkout before you place the order.
Editions and variation
Every piece is shaped by hand. Small differences in the curve, the seat of the ornament, and the weight are inherent to the process and are not faults. Numbered editions are finite: when an edition closes, the piece is not remade.
Liability
Glassware is fragile and sold for its intended domestic use. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, thermal shock, or dishwashing a piece marked hand-wash only. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
